FOUNDER

RODRIGO GUTIERREZ

Corialent

12 years ago, Rodrigo decided that the Coca Colas of the world shouldn’t be the only ones who get to have all the fun in the advertising industry. He was sick of all the dull, corporate, navy blue and white B2B work out there. Business people are people too. Corialent specializes in B2B marketing that doesn’t suck. And they want to get the rest of the industry drinking that delicious KoolAid.

Executive Assistant Training

While there are a lot of free online courses for executive assistant training, not all of them provide the same information or expertise. Some are written by industry "experts" who are just trying to sell you something else. Others are written by certified trainers and offer you practical, hands-on instruction that can help you develop your skills and prepare you for your career. And, of course, there are a lot of free courses out there that don't offer anything more than a list of online links. But the ones that do have information and can be used to prepare you for your new career - are certainly worth checking out.

One of the best free online courses for executive assistant training is from Sherpa Learning. Sherpa Learning has been providing management consulting, planning, and other business management training for more than 10 years, so they are well-known and experienced in the industry. In fact, many of their courses are specifically geared toward preparing executives for business administration jobs. Their many free online courses are worth checking out, because they are all focused on preparing you for your new position.

Some of the basic classes offered at Sherpa Learning are Accounting Basics, Introduction to Management by the End of the Course, Managing Procurement by the End of the Course, Managing Production by the End of the Course, Managing Information Technology by the End of the Course, and Business Strategy by the End of the Course. All of these classes are designed to give students a solid foundation for understanding business administration, and preparing for their EA certification exams. One of the most interesting classes, though, is their Intermediate Classes, which will prepare students for further business administration and certification preparation. In these classes, students learn about more advanced topics like contract law, managerial economics, and even contract management, all of which are particularly important subjects for anyone hoping to get certified.

A couple of the topics that will be covered in any good set of administrative support training classes, however, are project management and time management. There's nothing worse than working on a big project, only to spend half the day trying to figure out how to schedule the project and then spending the rest of the time trying to close it. With these two concepts under the management of an administrative assistant, you can eliminate much of the stress of managing your projects. Because the two concepts are taught throughout the course, students will learn them well, but it is possible for them to miss some of the material, especially if they are cramming for their exam.

If you plan to get certified as an executive assistant, one of the things you should focus on is time management. You must possess excellent time management skills if you hope to obtain a good certificate. This is because time management is one of the most vital concepts when it comes to making a living as an administrative support professional. By managing your time correctly, you not only make sure you get the most done in the least amount of time, but you also ensure that you are meeting your targets.

When taking an online executive assistant course, you will find that there are many different options available. Some colleges and universities provide their students with an online course, while others simply provide the material via the internet. If you have access to a computer with internet at home, you can study from the comfort of your own home. If you don't have access to such a computer, you can simply study at any location that has computer access. There are several advantages and disadvantages to both of these methods.

Students who study from free online courses have the advantage of being able to learn more about the subject without having to spend money on materials. It is often possible to download materials for free online courses, so long as the course is being offered by a university or other reputable organization. The same is true for working professionals who can easily take a quick sabbatical and learn new skills while they are on leave. However, if you are serious about pursuing a career in administrative, professional work, you will need to consider spending some money in order to gain the necessary skills to succeed.

The benefits to studying from a free online course include the ability to learn at your own pace and learn the material in the manner that best suits you. In addition, you will be able to work at your own pace without having to consult a professor over every little thing. As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for many different projects, so you will need to have a good command over project management. By taking a beginner's course, you will be able to gain the necessary skills in order to meet your educational goals. Whether you plan to pursue a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in project management, you will be able to achieve all of your educational goals with the help of a beginner's level course in project management.
